What items can I expect to find in my packages?

Our mystery boxes are filled with real undeliverable and returned packages, so the contents can vary widely. You might find small gadgets, accessories, toys, beauty items, collectibles, home goods, or other fun everyday surprises. Some packages are practical, some are quirky, and some are just plain unexpected!

Every box is completely unique, which makes opening each package feel like a little treasure hunt. If you love surprises, you’re in the right place!

Will everything I receive be new/perfect?

Because these are real undeliverable/returned packages, items can vary in condition. Most are brand new and unopened, but some packaging may show minor wear from transit, and occasionally an item might be a little imperfect.

Where do the packages come from?

All of our mystery boxes are made up of real packages that were returned or couldn’t be delivered to their original destinations. These items come from lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable mail that has made its way through shipping and logistics networks before being recovered and resold.

Instead of going to waste, they get a second chance to be opened and enjoyed—by you! Every package has its own little journey, which makes each box feel like a one-of-a-kind adventure. ✨📦

All packages are sealed just as we receive them. We don’t open or test items, so we can’t guarantee what’s inside, whether items are complete, or if they’re in working condition.

Outer packaging may show normal wear from shipping and handling. Some items may be imperfect, incomplete, or missing parts. Please follow any instructions included with your items.

Use care when opening your packages. Keep small items and packaging away from young children. Not intended for children under 3—adult supervision is recommended.

Because every Happy Hamster Mystery Mail box is a one-of-a-kind surprise, all sales are final. That said, each box is thoughtfully packed to create a fun and satisfying unboxing experience.

If a cancellation request is approved before shipping, a 10% transaction fee may apply.
